Once your product is marked "Ready to Go" by Lowe's, we will reach out right away to put you on our schedule.  We are required to wait till Lowe's marks this ready first.

First, our crew will reach out to you 30 minutes before arriving to your site.  We use windows of arrival, so our crews will arrive within that time frame.  Once on site they will review product selection with you to confirm, and then commence work.  If Lead Safe Practices are required, the crew will create safe work areas to contain the exposure of lead.

Our crew will confirm and test operation of your door and/or windows with you before leaving.  3-5 days after installation is done, Lowe's will reach out via email and/or text to have you complete a survey about the installation, we appreciate a 10, but please let us know if you don't feel we deserve that score.
